Thank you for visiting my web site. Having moved home I have had a fallow period of some twelve months or so but have now picked up a paintbrush once again. The Recent Work Galley is the place to look for current watercolours. I very much hope you will enjoy browsing through all the galleries of watercolours & sketches.
I have kept the Tour of the Loire Valley on this home page as I think it is generally enjoyed, so, if you have not seen it before I hope you will enjoy traveling with me down an interesting stretch of the river. The sketches incorporated are a very small sample of those that I have drawn in this region of France.
Within the GALLERY you will find a variety of subject matter from landscapes of Britain and France through to details of towns, cafés, seascapes & mountains which have been culled from the many sketches that have filled some 100 sketchbooks that have traveled with me during the last 50 years.
From time to time I am commissioned to do particular work & should you be interested in discussing a commission do please contact me using the CONTACT ME facility. I very much enjoy painting and drawing portraits of buildings which can make great wedding, birthday or Christmas presents.
